Shipping policy

Shipping & Pre-orders

Lelea Olive Oils is launching with a small first release of products available through a tasting box as pre-orders.

When you place a pre-order, you reserve a product that will be shipped at a later date.

Orders are shipped within 30 business days after purchase, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Because we work with small-batch oils and independent producers, timelines may occasionally shift slightly. If this happens, we will always keep you informed.

 


 

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the European Union.

 


 

Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery details when placing your order.

As a small business, we cannot take responsibility for delivery failures caused by:

  • incorrect address details

  • incorrect postal code

  • incorrect phone number

If no one is available to receive your parcel:

  • The carrier may leave it with a neighbour.

  • A delivery note may be left with further instructions.

  • You can usually rearrange delivery through the carrier’s portal.

After multiple failed delivery attempts, parcels may be held at a local depot.
If parcels are not collected or delivery is not rearranged, additional delivery or storage costs may apply.

 


 

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery.
Please contact us at eleftheria@leleaoliveoils.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If damage is discovered after opening the parcel, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 


 

Packaging Notes

Some minor dents or marks on tin containers may occur during transport.
These cosmetic imperfections do not affect product safety or quality and are not considered damage.
