What does pre-order mean?

During this soft launch of Lelea Olive Oils, you reserve your Discovery Box before it ships. This helps us work closely with small producers and avoid unnecessary stock.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 30 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You’ll receive a confirmation once your box is on its way.

Why the waiting time?

Lelea works with small-batch oils and a short supply chain. A little patience helps keep the process transparent and intentional.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently across the European Union.

Is shipping included?

For orders above 50 euros shipping is included, so that applies to the tasting box — shipping is included for deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Other EU destinations are calculated at checkout.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

The carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, attempt delivery again, or hold it at a local depot. You’ll receive instructions from the carrier.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your details before ordering & if otherwise please contact us as soon as you notice. We’ll always try to help, but we cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

Returns & Damaged Items

Can I return the oil if I change my mind?

Because our olive oils are food products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered — unless an item arrives damaged.

If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@leleaoliveoils.com with a photo of the damage. We will gladly arrange a replacement or reimbursement.

Please note: small dents or light indentations in tin bottles can happen during transport and do not affect the quality or safety of the oil. These are not considered damage.

My tin has a small dent — is that normal?

Minor cosmetic marks can happen during transport and don’t affect quality or safety.
